UK CHP Project
Built a generic financial close project finance model for a major power generation company providing CHP solutions. This included the base case and sensitivities, taxation, accounting and funding. This included scoping, specification, documentation, and training.

Indonesian Independent Power Project
Parallel modelled the above project model in order to give the potential seller more confidence in the models results and to improve its flexibility.

Korean Independent Power Project
Led the development of a flexible 13MB model for the purposes of refinancing and negotiating the power purchase agreement. This included the coaching and review of the clients modeling team.

UK Power Station Portfolio Acquisition
Modelled and prepared the forecasts for the acquisition / disposal of a portfolio of power plants for a major UK power group.

Oil and Gas Reserve Valuation Model
Built a model to value North Sea Oil and gas reserves under a number of scenarios.

Karachi North Power Project
Prepared the financial models at both the feasibility and financial close stages for a 200 MW medium speed diesel power generation plant.

Malaysian Independent Power Project Model
Prepared the financial models at both the feasibility and financial close stages for a 900 MW gas fired combined cycle power generation plant for a project sponsored by Itochu Corporation.

Power Plant Tender Evaluation Model
Modelled and analysed the competitive bids of the world’s major power plant contractors, such as Bechtel and ABB on behalf of Sumitomo.

Greek Oil Pipeline Project
Led the full scope model review / audit (including Greek GAAP / statutory accounting) for the purposes of a oil refinery pipeline project in Greece at both the PIM and Financial Close stages, on behalf of Deutsche Bank.

Caspian Oil Pipeline Project
Led the full scope model review / audit (including Azerbaijan GAAP / statutory accounting) for the purposes of the construction of an oil pipeline project planned to connect 3 neighbouring countries on behalf of BP Amoco.

The Doga Project Turkey
Led the full scope model review / audit (including Turkish GAAP / statutory accounting) for the lenders to this CCGT generation and district heating project.

Coryton Independent Power Project
Led the full scope model review / audit (including UK GAAP / statutory accounting) of a complex 20 MB model addressing market, operational economics and financing for Credit Suisse First Boston.

Halibullah Project, Pakistan
