Performed a limited Review of a pfi ppp bid financial model for outsourced managed equipment services to a NHS Trust. High value was added to the bidding organization in short timescales.

Belgian PFI PPP Schools Project
Performed a financial model audit assignment for a Belgian schools pfi / ppp bid, involving a portfolio of schools nationally.

PFI / PPP Construction lndustry Project
Built a generic construction industry pfi / ppp financial close model for a private sector special purpose vehicle. This included the base case and sensitivities, taxation, accounting and funding. This was used for SMI Online
workshop purposes as well as clients on going project requirements.

IT Infrastructure PFI / PPP Transaction
The assignment involved the build of a flexible 33 mb financial model and forecasts in order to assess the financial viability of a 5 year IT infrastructure and outsourcing bid / proposal to the government as part of a pfi / ppp transaction. The project was completed within tight timescales.

Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue PFI/PPP
Undertook the review of a 20 year PFI/PPP model for a project company supplying fire equipment and support services to Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue Services involving £10 million debt funding. A limited scope opinion was issued to the Cooperative Bank.

NHS Trust PFI /PPP
Undertook the review of a 15 year PFI/PPP model for a project company supplying medical equipment to a NHS Trust involving £7 million debt funding. A limited review report was issued to the PFU.

Metropolitan Police PPP Bid
The provision of a financial modelling and analysis service to support a number of vehicle fleet management contract bids for the Metropolitan police. The assignment included scoping data collection, the evaluation of operational decisions whilst working as a member of the bid team.

Outsourcing Company Template PPP Bid Model
The provision of modelling advice in order to implement a generic proposal tool for the organizations Ambulance outsourcing services. This included scoping, management presentations, planning, specification, model build, user documentation , testing, training and implementation. The model was also built on behalf of the client and implemented as per the suggested process. The benefits delivered to the client included a low risk model implementation process. Other benefits included modelling economies of scale across the organization, a short payback period on the investment. The organization had an
understood and tested template model.The suite of models constructed summed to 350Mbytes

Learning Centre PFI Project
Led the full scope model review / audit (including UK GAAP / statutory accounting) for the purposes of a Learning Centre PFI Project in Liverpool, England. The opinion was given to the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Northern Ireland Inter Connector Project
Led the full scope model review / audit (including UK GAAP / statutory accounting) for the purposes of the construction of the electricity inter connector between Scotland and Northern Ireland. The opinion was given to the Greenwich Nat West.

Calderdale Hospital PFI Project
Reviewed complex code, including advanced visual basic sensitivity and calculation routines as part of a model due diligence for the lenders to Calderdale hospital PFI.

University College Hospital London PFI Project
Led the full scope model review / audit (including UK GAAP / statutory accounting) for the purposes of the construction of UCLH, England. The opinion was given to the senior lenders.
